A large terracotta confit jar, the top half of the exterior and the loop handles with an iridescent yellow glaze, the lower half unglazed, the interior with a pale yellow glaze. South Western France, second half 19th century.
Condition: Some chips in the glaze especially around the rim and one loop handle cracked and chipped.
