A country house oak small chest of drawers, the oak carcase fitted with two drawers above two graduated long drawers decorated with thick figured walnut veneers and cross banded, retaining the original shaped stand also veneered with walnut. The top comprises two planks of figured oak with simple moulded edge. Queen Anne, circa 1710.
condition: Good colour and patina, marks and losses commensurate with age. Handles later. Two locks lacking keys.
