James Arnold Martin was born on 10th October 1931 in Southsea.  He was a  prolific artist, teacher, skilled painter, theatre designer, ceramicist and potter, as well as serving as a British spy and was an active supporter of the Terrence Higgins Trust.  He died on 18 October 2015 

Condition:  Small losses to glaze, replaced tap
