Pine spoon rack with shaped bottom, arched top with moulding and three applied pierced spoon holders, with the original painted decoration of a tulip above a cockerel above a bird in flight on a dark green ground, the borders with black spots forming floral motifs on a yellow ground mostly rubbed through to the wood.  The spoon holders also painted dark green with red and yellow spot decoration.  19th century, probably middle Europe.
